Returns, exchanges or refunds are accepted for may handmade jewellery pieces only from EU countries. Customer is responsible to pay for the return. Refund is for the cost of the product.

For countries outside EU I do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds for the reason that all items inbound from outside EU go through customs, and there a 300 persons queue outside the post office to collect items and prove that they were originally sent by us. This is a 2-3 hour time consuming process. Your kind understanding is appreciated.
