Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging
Returns must be initiated by the customer within the allowed return period

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs
Returned items must be sent only via postal service
We do not accept returns sent via courier or express services

We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we are not responsible for items lost during return transit.

Refunds

Refund will be issued within 24 hours of return received

A refund will be issued for the cost of the item only
Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds will be made using the original payment method

Customs Duties & Taxes

Customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs are non-refundable
If duties were paid at checkout or upon delivery, these amounts cannot be refunded

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with some photos
and we will replace or refund no questions asked, the return of original order is not required.

Return instructions and the return address will be provided once the return request has been initiated.
