All items are handmade. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within the timeframe stated on the product page, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Once dispatched, delivery times are dependent on the selected carrier and destination.

Cyprus Post: Standard international delivery 7-14 working days for EU USA Australia Japan
FedEx International Priority: Faster, tracked, express delivery 2 working days for USA, 1-2 working days for EU and UK

Customs, Duties & Taxes
European Union (EU)
As all items are shipped from within the European Union, EU countries are exempt from customs duties and import VAT.
United States
For shipments to the USA, any applicable duties or tariffs will be prepaid at checkout included in your shipping fee
Zonos, or
FedEx International Priority
This means no additional customs charges upon delivery when prepaid options are applied.
All Other Countries
For destinations outside the EU and USA:
Any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient
These charges are determined by the destination country’s laws and regulations
We have no control over these fees and cannot estimate them in advance
Failure to pay customs charges may result in delayed delivery or return of the shipment.
